• Do not try to disrupt the site, bypass its limits by automated means, or interfere with its advertising.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Your responsibility for results

Automatic conversion and OCR can make mistakes. Converted files are provided "as is". You are responsible for checking the results, especially from scanned documents, before relying on them for financial, legal, tax or any other decisions. The checks and flagged cells are an aid, not a guarantee.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or of converted files.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. After the daily free conversions you may be offered the option to watch a short ad to convert another file. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code belong to PDF2Excel, except for open-source components used under their licences. Your documents and converted files remain yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
