Excel to PDF

Make a printable PDF from an Excel workbook. Each sheet becomes a neat table with its heading row repeated on every page, and wide sheets are laid out in landscape.

The first Excel file loads the reader (a few seconds). After that it is fast.

What the PDF looks like

  • One table per sheet, with the sheet name above it.
  • The first row is the heading, repeated at the top of every page.
  • Numbers are right-aligned and shown with their Excel formatting (1,234.50, 12.5%, dates as 05-Oct-2026).
  • Formulas show their last calculated value.

Good to know

This tool prints the data of the sheets, not charts, pictures or cell colours. Text in English and Western European languages is supported, and ₹ is written as Rs. For Indian scripts, use Print > Save as PDF in Excel itself.

Questions

Does it work with .xls (old Excel) files?

Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and save it as .xlsx first.

Is my spreadsheet uploaded?

No. It is read and turned into a PDF inside your browser.
